Allure Furniture is sold through fine retailers and designers across the country, as well as outside the United States. I saw a product on social media and it said “coming soon.” When will it be available?

We feature a variety of our products on social media. Some are available to purchase now and others are previews of new product designs. We normally debut new products in April and October and they are available to purchase from retailers and designers from three to six months afterwards. Do your beds come in different sizes?

Our beds are usually made in Queen, California King and King sizes. A few styles come in Twin and Full sizes. Your retailer or designer can verify what sizes are available for the bed style you like or to view our selection of beds and their sizes, click here.

How do I know whether a sofa style I like is available in a loveseat or sectional?

I ordered a platform bed. Do I need a box spring?

Yes. Allure Furniture does not make true platform beds, so you will need a mattress and box spring.

How does the touch dimmer work in my china cabinet?

Your touch dimmer is located either in a metal touch button or the hinge of your item. It has three settings to maximize your dimming capabilities. The first touch is low level lighting, the second touch is medium, and the third touch is the highest setting.

Does this product come in other colors, fabrics or finishes?

Many of our products can be customized with your choice of fabric or finish. Please look at the specific item for more details.  

Can outdoor fabrics be used on indoor furniture?

Yes, it is possible, but there may be differences in the application. Please check with your retailer or designer for confirmation. We also offer a wide range of indoor performance fabrics. To view all of our fabrics listings, click here.

My furniture did not come with assembly instructions. How can I get them?

When can I expect to hear back from Customer Service?

Messages to Customer Service will be acknowledged within 24 to 48 hours and addressed within five business days. Please note that our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Standard Time.  

What should I do if there is a problem with my order or I would like to check the status of my order?

How can I order a wood finish or fabric sample?

Damage & Replacement

A Bernhardt product I purchased was recently damaged. What steps should I take to get it repaired?

It is best to contact the retailer or designer from whom you purchased your furniture. They are the best resource for helping to solve any problems with your furniture.

What should I do if I need to replace a lost, worn or damaged part from my furniture?

Damaged, worn or lost parts can often be replaced. If you need a replacement part for a Bernhardt product, contact the retailer or designer from whom you purchased your furniture. They are your best resource in helping to solve any problems with your furniture.  

Care & Cleaning

The fabric on my sofa has a stain. Can I put this in my washing machine to clean?

No. Our fabrics are not machine washable. All of our fabrics have a specific cleaning code that comes from our fabric vendors. The leather on my sofa is beginning to split and crack. Is there anything I can do to recondition it?

We recommend using only products specific for leather furniture, which are free of alcohol and other drying chemicals. Most importantly, your leather piece should be kept out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to prevent drying. To view more information on caring for your furniture,  

What is the best way to maintain my cushions and throw pillows?

Fluff and vacuum them regularly for maximum resiliency. Turn and rotate them, so they wear evenly. It is natural for feathers to come out of the cushions and pillows occasionally.
